Cancellations

Please carefully consider the appointment times that you book. Your scheduled appointment is time that is held only for you. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is requested so that your time slot could possibly be rebooked.

Please note that appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the full service price to be assessed and added to your service upon your next visit.

If you need to make changes please do so as soon as you possibly can.
